💡 Role Overview

We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to work directly with the founder on high-priority growth and 0→1 initiatives.

This is not a typical role. It’s designed for someone who wants to build, experiment, and eventually own a business line or function.

⚡ What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the founder on growth strategy and execution
• Identify and execute 0→1 opportunities (new channels, segments, products)
• Run rapid experiments across acquisition, activation, and partnerships
• Build and scale repeatable growth playbooks
• Own key metrics and drive outcomes end-to-end
• Work across teams (product, sales, marketing) to unblock and execute
