You love crafting content that people actually want to read, watch, and share. You can switch gears between brand voice, campaign concepts, and hands-on execution without losing quality.
What This Role Is About
You’ll own content and branding end-to-end, shaping how Ayna shows up across channels.
- Build and run a content strategy that strengthens brand positioning and supports growth goals
- Craft messaging and narrative for Ayna’s product, brand, and category leadership
- Create and ship high-quality content across channels:
- Website and landing page copy
- Social content (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Blog posts and thought leadership
- Email campaigns and product marketing assets
- Video concepts, scripts, and creative direction
- Partner with design to bring campaigns to life with strong visual + verbal storytelling
- Collaborate with product and sales to translate features into clear customer value
- Maintain a consistent voice, tone, and style across all touchpoints
- Track performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and iterate based on what works
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3–5 years of experience across content, brand, or marketing communications
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for B2B and B2C
- Solid understanding of content distribution and digital marketing fundamentals
- Comfort owning projects end-to-end, with strong prioritization and execution
- Creative instincts backed by structure: you can brainstorm big and deliver on time
