If you love fashion, enjoy working with enterprise clients, and get a kick out of taking chaos → clarity, this role is for you.

You’ll be an early, foundational hire in our Customer Success journey — helping define how we work with customers, what “great” looks like, and the playbooks we’ll scale.

You’ll partner closely with high-end fashion enterprise brands in India and globally. You won’t just “support” accounts — you’ll drive outcomes, run structured programs, and influence how our product evolves.

In the near term, you’ll also help run key Ops processes to keep delivery smooth while we scale the team.

CS × Product intersection (high-growth opportunity)

You’ll work at the intersection of Customer Success and Product — translating enterprise customer needs into crisp product feedback, shaping what we build next, and helping the team prioritize for maximum customer impact. This is a high-ownership, high-growth role where you’ll gain exposure to product thinking, stakeholder alignment, and company-wide decision-making.
