The role (why this is exciting)

You’ll lead client Proof of Concepts (POCs) end-to-end and act as the go-to partner for some of the best fashion & apparel brands in India and globally. You won’t just “support” accounts—you’ll drive outcomes, run the project, and influence how our product evolves.
Think: owning launches, keeping timelines sharp, making clients feel taken care of, and building a Customer Success motion that scales.
What you’ll own
- Lead client POCs (start to finish): Scope requirements, align expectations, run timelines, and ensure we deliver a POC that clearly proves value.
- Be the client’s main point of contact: Proactive updates, structured follow-ups, and crisp communication (no one should ever wonder “what’s happening?”).
- Coordinate internally: Work closely with product, ops, and engineering to unblock issues and keep delivery smooth.
- Build strong relationships: Understand client goals, map stakeholders, and become a trusted advisor.
- Turn feedback into product impact: Capture insights, identify patterns, and advocate for what clients need.
- Report & document like a pro: Track POC outcomes, client health, and key learnings in a way that’s easy for the team to act on.
