Who You Are:

As a Senior Designer at Ayna, you will be at the forefront of crafting intuitive user experiences and elevating our product designs. You'll play a crucial role in shaping how users interact with our innovative platform, bringing creativity and technical expertise to our B2B and B2B2C solutions.

What Is the Role About:

• Lead the end-to-end design of user interfaces and experiences for Ayna's platforms
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business goals
• Drive design projects from research to implementation
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovative solutions

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design of user interfaces and experiences for both B2B and B2B2C solutions
• Drive user-centric design projects from research through implementation
• Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights
• Develop and maintain cohesive design systems and component libraries across all platforms

• Product Design: Create intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience across multiple platforms and use cases
